I posted about a loosed wire I found by my battery and I traced it back to a unit on the top of my engine that uses a blue hand pump for some reason. Can anyone explain what I am looking at? |

Please fill out your profile and then we will know what motor and other info. Can u post a pic? Could the pump be some sort of oil change system? Where does the pump hose go to and from. |

This is probably a newer model but yes that is close enough. The blue hand pump, and the blue capped unit to the right of the pump is what I am questioning. Not sure what it is, or for? The red wire I mentioned earlier runs from that unit to the battery( although not connected) |
