I've got all the screws out but there is a fastener somewhere somehow on the very back corner. Didn't know if anyone had gotten it off before.

Not positive, but I believe it is similar to the 268. with clips. Lift up on the panel to remove.

I'll bet Cap'n is right about the clips. I only say this since two weekends ago I needed to take the port side panel off on our model year 2001 Vista so I could pull our cockpit fridge out. There was only one screw I could see to remove to take the side panel off, but the side panel didn't want to come off after this one screw was removed. A little pull upwards and off the panel came exposing two clips behind the panel that held the panel on.

If it's a clip it's got me. I have it all in attached except the very back and it will lift up everywhere except there.

I finally got it. You have to take out the battery selector switch and behind it up in the hole is a nut.
