Which items should I pay special attention to prior to a survey? Has anyone been surprised by survey findings? A problem you didn't even know about? SOmething serious enough to kill the sale? |

rot and or soft spots are your biggest worries. anything remotely related to the main stringers. next is any engine or electrical major problem. (my dad has been a Surveyor for 18 years now with multiple major marine insurance companies on the east coast FL to New England) |
