For those that have a Flexiteek on their swim platform, is the edge around it caulked or not? The white caulking around the edge of mine is almost completely gone...not sure if it's needed or not. The Flexiteek isn't peeling up in any areas, just the caulk flaking off.

Should I recaulk it over the winter?

I have a LOT of FT on the 475. Yes, it should be there. I'm missing one small section near my transom door. I'm going to remove whats left and replace it with 3m 4000uv at some point on my exterior sections. I've found the 4000 won't mildew like what they used from the factory which I'm thinking is some variant of Silkaflex. I did the same on my 338. Water can get underneath and then you'll get an glue ooze seeping out when it gets super hot. The caulk helps prevent that.
