My go to has always been LifeCalk. I have not had any issues with it curing in the tube and you can apply it to damp/wet surfaces.

I have used 3M 4200/5200 with the thought process, if you may ever want to remove it, use 4200. If it's something that is forever, 5200 will take care of it
