Well, my wife mentioned that she would prefer blue lights in the cockpit of the boat. Previous owner had installed red, now is a good time to upgrade those to LED and make another improvement.....

By using the search feature, I found These LED Bulbs for the 3 cockpit lights
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZE ... ID4U&psc=1

The previous owner installed a couple led lights on the swim platform, currently white, and one of the press on covers was knocked off at some point last year, so I am Going to replace those with the original stock fixture, I also Found on here.

So, I am down to the last part, how do you get to the lights on the dash/gauge, and what kind/how many lamps do they use. It will be nice to get rid of the red...... plus it was my wife’s idea!

Thanks in advance

On the 268, remove the gauge trim piece by taking the few screws out. You'll see the bulbs on the back side, held on by little blue things you twist out. The bulbs are a 194 size bulb. I've had good luck in the past buying from SuperBrightLEDs.com

Each gauge takes one, the bigger gauges (speedo/tach) may take 2. It's been a few years.

This went well. Very happy with how the blue LEDs lights look. They just barely fit. So cheap, hoping they last.... the 2 lights they the Previous owner mounted on the platform look much better. I replaced Them with them the same as the factory cockpit lights. He mounted a separate switch to control those.

The gauges took 1 lamp per gauge, for a total of 7.

Thanks again for the help Fire!
