Just make sure they didn't leave the hoses from the engine to the hot water heat exchanger disconnected, the odd year I have found mine left off from winterizing not sure why they would disconnect them.
Start her up bring her up to temp and make sure the thermostat is functioning properly.
I was up at Bay Port yesterday April 21 still looks like winter up there. I watch the Coast Guard Cuttergo through midland bay to break the ice up.
