Take the trim cylinder off and take it to hydraulic shop. Or by the rebuild kit on ebay with the special tool to get it apart and rebuild it your self.
Your drive will be a DP-sm

Yes things will change a lot there now that Shawn has moved on. We have some friend at hindson.

I have had some fibreglass work just done, service was great! I have no major work done but so far for the few small things I've asked for have been looked after promptly.
New marina management this year. Ken is back as the GM is is awesome to deal with.
I just had my ladder powder coated locally I'm located west of Hamilton. Have you tried Paul at hindson's for upholstery, he is doing our canvas in 2 weeks can't wait for that to be done!

Yes Paul is with Ahoy. We are bringing the boat over June 3rd.
What about GI Boat tops in Midland, or Georgian Canvas?

Not sure where you live but I used a place called Tuff Powder Coating. He is in southern Ontario west of Brantford. Great work and very reasonable, had my ladder. Baked etched and coated for $90
