Hello to all. I purchased a 2003 248 this summer , it did not incude a trailer. I have bought a new bunk trailer and plan on pulling boat out for the season soon. I was wondering if anyone could let me know how far apart their bunks are set apart. Thanks.

I can try to take some measurements next weekend for you if someone else doesn't beat me to it.

I measured and the two bunks are 15" and 24" on center. Measured from the center of the trailer. Two bunks on each side.

Thank you for taking the time to measure it for me. I truly appreciate it. My trailer only has 2 bunks. I took some measurements myself inside the engine compartment. The stringers are about 46-48 inches apart so your 24 on center ones probably support in that area. I may just set them there and hope for the best. If i get lucky, maybe someone else with a 2 bunk trailer chimes in.

I have the original FW trailer. I'd imagine that supporting under the stringers would be the best bet. Have you contacted FW about this?
I can't remember if there was any info in the owners manual about it. I'll have to look at it again.

I have the original owners manual, only measurements that I read in it were for lifting with sling. I did email four winns a while back, unfortunately I did not get a response. I would assume somewhere there has to be measurements of the hull. I have searched , but no luck so far.

I ended up setting the bunks about 48 inches apart. Boat seems sits well on trailer at that spacing. I figured I would post result in case someone else is looking for answer to the same question I had.
