Well, Had a half day today, so I changed out that stupid moron of a design, the galley faucet. In the pics you can see the problem. If you are a 248 owner, you know what the problem is. For some reason they installed a faucet that lets water run down the back of the counter unless you have it on almost full blast. Now, If someone gets on the boat while you have the water on, you have a real wet mess to clean up. I found this faucet on Ebay. Its a Scandvik. Made for rvs and marine applications. Really simple fix that took only about 30 minutes or so to do. Fit the factory hole and even used the existing supply lines.
The old

The new

Works very well and I am glad that it was an easy fix to a big problem.
A few other things I have been doing are,
Adding two shelves in the one cabinet that we have. It wasnt very good for storage. Should be better now

And there is the issue of underwater lights and the leds under the platform. This is what the tab mounted lights will look like

Havent finished them and waiting for my leds for the platform still. Oh, my AC unit finally arrived. That should be fun. Will be very busy this month. Less than a month to launch
