Post subject: 248 Vista Beeping alarm
PostPosted: Sat Jan 19, 2019 7:54 pm
I have a beeping alarm which has started recently that seems to go away when I increase the speed. If I turn on the ignition without starting the engine it starts beeping. When I came into the dock yesterday I had slowed to idle and after a couple of minutes it started beeping again. At first I thought it might be low fuel but I filled the tank and it made no difference. I'm a little knew to this so would appreciate any ideas you might have. :(
I've also noticed that the speedo is not working would that have something to do with it?

My guess would be low oil pressure or an oil pressure sensor. What does the oil pressure gauge indicate?
