Hello!

I am considering installing a Mermaid Marine M9 A/C unit in my 268 Vista. I would like to use a Honda EU2000i, mounted in the engine compartment for power but I'm not sure how to rig the exhaust. Has anyone attempted this? If so, any tricks, tips or advice?

You can not safely run or store the Honda in your engine space. Do it and you will be blowing up!

The Honda is vented and does not have a wet exhaust system. The best place to run it os on the swimplatform. It will run the A/C fine. I've also run it on the foredeck. I stored it in the cockpit while underway to our destination. When docked, it was set on the dock a good distance from the boat or other boats do CO was not a threat to anyone.
