Hi All--looking for a new water pump. The one that came with my boat is a Flo-jet 4405-143. However at the bottom of the label, it says for Marine Applications replace with Jabsco Model 31395-0092. I can find the exact same Flo-jet pump on line (with the exact same statement). However, I can't find the Jabsco part. Anyone have any insight as to why that statement is there and is it okay to replace with the Flo-jet that I can find on line. I am worried about ignition protection.
