Some of these deals are amazing if the boats are what they claim to be.

WOW.

I'd be worries about cracked blocks/manifolds though with winter here... WHo know what these boats have been through.

I bet first 100k takes it!

Minimum bid is 115k and he won't take minimum bid. This company is well known over on THT... If you are looking for a 9.5 on a scale of Ten, forget this place... You would be lucky to get a 7.0 of 10.

Just looking around still. There are several boats that I am researching, this particular one was priced competitively, so I thought it worth mentioning. A 7.0 out of 10.0 is just fine, if it can become a 10.0 with some TLC, and the price is right. I would never take what is said on THT as the gospel, I would judge for myself before taking the word of some the yahoo's there.

Joe, you can stop and take a peak if it is not out of your way. Don't make a special trip, I'm just in research/looking mode right now.

Still have possibilities of that 318 I mentioned a few weeks ago, two 328's I have found and 2 other boats in the 32 to 35 foot range from other builders that look interesting.

I hope knowone minds that I post some of the boats I come across, it's good to get other's opinions , and to show what is out there and might turn out to be a good boat for a good price. Whether it be me that is interested, or someone else.

If I go into work this weekend I will stop by and take a look and try and grab a few pics. It is usually dark when I go by on my way home.

I stopped to take a look at the boat yesterday afternoon. Not the friendliest bunch of people and not real receptive to having me poke around. The cockpit of the boat has been shrinkwrapped, so was not bale to take a peek inside. I did not get a good look at the hull, but nothing really jumped out at me.

From what I've read on the "other forum" they have no Customer Service skills, because they don't have to... They are usually priced "so low" that people just throw money at them. Because of this, they have a junk yard mentality. Again this is what I've read from people who have supposedly purchased boats through them. They don't take kindly to "tire kickers".

Dang, there are some nice boats there for great prices. I am assuming those are all repo's? There are some real steals there.

There are deals to be had no doubt, but you may not be able to pick and choose what you want.

I know my next boat won't be used for that reason. It's actually cheaper right now for me to go new! Ok well not cheaper but not much more than used, I should say.

There are definitely some deals out there -- but you gotta weight the risks. If the boat got repo'd - there's a reason for it. If they couldn't make the payments, you think they did the maintenance?

It's one thing if the boat is still under factory warranty... If it's not -- then a major survey is a must and I'd still plan on a total engine overhaul/maintenance of all systems.

Last thing you want is to get a sweet deal on a boat - only to have it konk out when you're on the lake for the first time...
