Fellow Four Winns Owners, I have contacted via email FW twice recently with no reply. Last year they would send an automated email acknowledging your request followed by a response within 1-2 business days. Now, no acknowledgment and no response ????  Has anyone else experienced the same? |

Their phone support is hurting as well. Last year it was a pleasure to deal with. This year on 3 occasions I left voice mails with no response. My guess is this is related to job cuts. |

Yeah, it took a few weeks to get a response on a simple question. But my question was two part, and I still haven't heard back on the second part which required input from the engineers... |

i called four winns two weks ago on a friday, my call was returned on monday morning by one of the engineers. I guess i got lucky. |

I have been waiting 6 months for a new wooden panel for the interior of my 2008 358, my dealer is also getting nowhere, very bad service. |
