Howdy folks,

Other than the one dealer in the D/FW area, I was wondering if any of you knew of a boat mechanic, specifically engine and outdrive, that you'd recommend?

I don't need any work done currently, but at the end of the season I'd like to get the outdrive some TLC. new seals, bellows, pressure tested, alignment, etc.

Not sure about boats, but as a usual rule, I never take my cars to a dealer.

Craig C.

I heard Roy's boat yard is good. I have not used them, but a couple of tennants at my marina have and were happy. There are several dealers also that will work on any boat, and I have used a couple of them and have been happy with them as well. Just use them in the off season.
