I have a 298 Vista that has a windlass with dual controls. I can still utilize the windlass at the helm, but the bow control quit working. Any idea on how to fix this issue? Thanks.

Those controls go to the same solenoid that your helm is wired to. I would look in the anchor locker and trace that connection to find your problem.
