My navigation lights are starting to kick the breaker off after a few minutes of being on. They eventually come back on after I continue to push in the plug to reset the breaker. I guess I have a short somewhere, but how do I find out where it is and how do I fix this issue? Thanks.

It sounds like to me more of a bad connection than a short, I would check and clean the light sockets, make sure your getting a good connection to the bulb. Shorts dont typically come and go. If you have an ampmeter you could check the current draw of the circuit, its also possible the breaker is weak and tripping with nothing wrong with the lights at all.

I had the same issue last year. It was a faulty circuit breaker. I would also asa routine maintenance schedule clean connectors and light sockets.
