How do you use the sofa on the 348V as a sleeper?

Mine pulls out a few inches if you remove the dinette table, but that leaves a gap between the cushion and the back. What do you use to fill the gap?

Am I missing something?

There should be three "filler" cushions that go between the back of the sofa and the seat when extended. Also, we found that you have to lift the arms of the sofa to fit all three of the cushions in place. Check with whomever you purchased your boat from - - there is definitely something missing.

You just reminded me of a complaint I'd been meaning to send Four Winns about the sofa. They put the velcro on backwards. They've got the scratchy side mounted on the panel.

When you want to use the berth as a sleeper you pull the table, lift the front of the bench and pull it out (to starboard). You then remove the three cushions and put the three pad inserts into the gap behind the bench cushion and the panel. You could put the cushions back into place but you'd lose a couple of inches on the berth and they wouldn't stay in place anyway.

So my complaint comes from the fact that since they've got the scratchy side on the panel you're then left with something that's very uncomfortable to rub against.

Then there's the problem with the holes in the bench under the sofa not being large enough to let you store the insert cushions in there....
