Hello All I just purchased a Maxwell Freedom windlass and am woundering if anyone has any pics of one that is installed. I am installing it on my 2000 248 hope it fits! Thanks |

This is the only photo that I can find that shows the windless at all. Ours is shrink wrapped and ready for a long winter's nap so I hope this is of some help. ![]() |

Sure looks different without a rode or chain in there Larry! Here's what I could dig up, on my '04 268. ![]() ![]() I can't get any more until April, so I hope this helps. |

That's a good start for me. I am just looking to see if I'm going to have to fill in the haus pipe when I install mine. Looks like I might. |

Hi Mike, Sorry that I cannot send any pics but I am in Germany and my boat is in Spain. You will have to close up the fall hole as it would be open and one bolt would not have any hold. I made a wedge to give mine perfect alignment and it works with such speed now it is amazing. Wow, what a diference. Good luck. Barry Tennant |
