Well, we took a 21 mile float down the Mississippi last weekend and ran the generator and blowers the whole way. When we got to the destination both blowers were not working. I noticed the helm switch light wasn't working even when the switch was on but it did turn on the blower light indicator on the switch in the cabin. I figured it was just a fuse and checked the fuse under the captain's chair and no luck. Has anyone had this issue before and if so how did you fix it? I can't imagine both blowers going out at the same time. I was able to confirm the wires were connected to both blowers and the plugs didn't come apart. Getting to the blowers is a very difficult task, expecially at 6' 7" , 290 lbs. I am about to hire a 150 lb. professional to fix it but I thought I would give the forum a try for what possibly could be a simple fix.
