Post subject:  seat height on a 1996 four winns vista 23'8

I have a 1996 four winns vista 23'8 with a fold down seat its in storage where i cant get to it does anyone know the height of the rear seat i need to make new legs thanks

I assume your referring to the rear wrap-around seat, if you are, and its the same as mine it only has one steel leg that fits with a toggle into a receiver on the floor but its not perpendicular, its more like a stay to stop the seat from tipping up. If this is what you need measuring I am going to the boat this weekend and will gladly measure it for you.

its probly the same height but my boat doent have the wrap around its just a bench seat mine has 2 legs that i can flip up and the bottum of the seat will fold down so the boat is more open when your parked or fishing. if you get a chance that would be great thank you

My seat measured 9 1/4 inches from the underside to the floor. Unless you are planning on making adjustable height legs and using 9 1/4 inches as a datum, I would suggest you measure your boat as it could be considerably different to mine.
