Has anyone had to change their spotlight bulb? Ours is not working although it will rotate from the cockpit. I'm thinking it might be the bulb but I couldn't get it out. I would think its not electrical since it will rotate. Any suggestions? |

If it was me, I would try to find a brand name off of the light and down load the user's manual. I just bought my boat, so I have not had that problem yet. Good luck |

Yeah, check the owner's manual for it, or the vendor's website. I've never had to replace ours. We also keep a handheld spotlight onboard. As a backup and for times when the bow light won't point around to where it's needed. |

I opened mine up last fall to pull the bulb because I thought that was the problem. It wasn't a big deal, but I don't remember exactly how to do it without looking at it. The boat is wrapped up for the winter. I have a ground problem with mine (I think) and have no idea where it is. That's Spring's problem. Check back around the middle of April if you haven't figured it out yet. AL |
