OK gents....anyone out there run coax for their boat. My 248 didn't come with stock TVs like you bigger boaters. Thoughts for running from the stern to the bow...... Thanks fellas |

The easiest run I have found is straight up the port side behind the aft cabinet. Then through the locker then fish it up through were the electrical panel is then behind the galley cabinets. |

I have a flat screen in the v-berth (where the mirror was), an outside antenna (space ship looking thing mounted on the nose of the bow, you can see it in my sig) and a DVD player mounted underneath the stereo. Haven't turned it on in 3 years. Really. Maybe it's because I live in Texas (home of the prettiest women on earth ![]() ![]() Craig C. |

LOL...I hear you guys... Still like to have the Phillies game on occassionally. Plus, it puts me to sleep when I'm in a drunken stuper. My wife says it keeps me from falling off the dock! ![]() |

I'm not sure what project you have in mind. But I would suggest you double check that your local stations still transmit a signal that can be received via antenna. Where we are (south central PA), there is no more "regular" tv. You either have to have a digital cable box or a "converter box" to change it back to the old school signal. We are now forced to use this converter box or just watch dvds. |
