hello i have been reading these forums for quite a while and have gotten alot of good advice without having to post a question. But now i have run into something that i am not sure how to tackle. While checking the shower sump on my boat today i noticed quite a bit of rot in the front panel of it(located in the aft cabin) Needless to say i wasnt very happy with that, mostly because the survey that we got with the boat said all was well(bought it last yeat, and this looks like it has been going on a long time). My question is how hard is it to remove the washroom enclosure in this boat. to replace it properly that will have to come out, also the sides of the enclosure there seems to be a little rot in one but not the other, are these the stringers that everybody keeps talking about, when i found this problem i taped aroung in the engine compartment and everything seemed fine, but i am not use to doing this type of work, so i could be messing it up.

I would take it to a dealer and get a estimate. At the same time you can pick his brain as to how hard this is going to be. Then you can decide if this is something to want to do or not.
