I own a 2005 348 vista with 110 hours. We have had three instances in the last year were our starboard engine will not start. The boat is in neutral and I can see a green light on my throttle box indicating it's in neutral. I turn the keys part way and here two beeps then turn it all the way over and there is nothing. Next day it works fine. It's a frustrating problem. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Check your grounds and your wired connections to the starters...

Had a similar problem and turned out to just be a sensor. Mechanic plugged in the scanner and found the sensor error code. Replaced sensor and she fires up like a charm now. :D

Which reminds me that I want to check to see where (or if) the ODB sensor is on our engines (Crusader 6.0L).

Same problem on a 248. The plug studs on the relay had gotten to the point where they were "sloppy". Thus causing a bad connection. Replaced the relay and made sure to squeeze the plug / turn the studs so that it had a good connection. The relay on my engine (5.0 GXi-C) was on top, back side of the intake manifold.
