This may be a stupid question but here goes . How can I tell if the tranducer is a thru hull or an in hull type ? |

You will need to look under the boat to be sure. General the thur-hulls will have a "nut" & the transducer it self is treaded. This is to suck it up tight to the hull. The oher type has no "nut", it is glued down. |
