Guys,

Do you know where I could order the fresh water connection (on the rear of the boat)?
It's Vista 258, 2008.
I need it shipped to Europe...

Thanx

What exactly do you need, the whole fitting? Assuming it's similar to a 278, I think it's mostly just a quick fit hose fitting on the outside attached to the Whale brand connector/pipe on the inside via a standard plumbing part. A trip to a plumbing shop/hardware shop with the existing parts should enable whatever you have there to be rebuilt although there might be something in there that restricts pressure.
The part number from my manual is "Fitting, water inlet 035-0027".

The units appear to be called Water Pressure Regulators on both defender.com and great lakes skipper online stores, "Inlet water regulators are designed to protect your boat or RV water system's plumbing and fixtures from the possible high pressure damage that can be done by an unregulated municipal water systems".

I found them on Amazon also, "Jabsco 44410-1000 Marine Water Pressure Flush Mount Regulator (35-PSI, White)".

Thanx for the answer, that is what I need.
Is it universal, so I don't have to drill new holes for fitting?
I would like to use present holes for the screws...

I doubt if the screw holes/fittings are universal. I suggest taking some measurements and emailing various vendors to compare. You probably want to avoid a fibreglass job.

On the defender.com site one of the Jabsco devices has a drilling pattern. This type of information will help you find a direct replacement, if not a larger unit would be easier than smaller.

It may sound stupid, but I have never used it. The main reason, I don't want to forget to shut it off when I am gone. If a connector were to let go, it would be a endless supply of water into the boat.
