Ther are time when i start my starboard engine the power steering starts girating back and forth like crazy. i turn the engine off and restart then everything is all good. What causes this and what should be done?

Yeah, the Volvo's love to do this when trimmed up to high and first starting the engine. Every one Ive had does this.

You've found one of the remedies - restarting. However, trimming down the outdrive will stop the crazy behavior too.
