I have a couple of inquiries on the listing! One guy that contacted me is a person I worked with some time ago......small world. He seems to be the most interested too. I think it helps when the person you are selling to has integrity. We shall see.......

I'd be interested but the price is too high for the southern market. That boat here sells for 17-19k. That's why all you northern people buy boats in the south and ship em back!

Not true at all. a freshwater boat will always be worth more. His price is nearly perfect for this market and for the year , model, and condition his boat is in. So WTF are you asking $24K for that floating plastic toothpic with a cabin you are trying to unload in Orlando area ?

Hutch, ignore the man behind the curtain. Your boat will sell very soon , I feel it !

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! Well stated! I'm pretty sure he said he was going to sell that Stingray for close to what he says my Sundowner is worth. Hmmmmmm........

My boat is a 2009 with 200 hours and 2 years left of volvo penta extended warranty with a beautiful aluminum trailer. It's worth every penny of it's 22k NADA suggested retail.

Florida has 30,000 freshwater lakes. Nobody takes their runabouts in salt unless you live in Miami.

WOW!! Good for you. My boat is a few years older, it has 140 hours on it. It's strange how you think that thing is worth so much yet all you do is complain about how terrible of a boat it is and how it is engineered so poorly. Thanks for chiming in on my post, you are a real class act.

I was simply stating how boats are cheaper in the south, but everyone had to chime in with posts about my boat.

I also think it will sell quickly! That is a gorgeous Sundowner and has some great options like the pump out head! If I was shopping for a cuddy I would pay 23,500 for a freshwater Sundowner in that condition all day long!! Good luck with your sale Hutch :D

Thanks, guys for the nice comments! We do really love this boat and I am sure that it will be tough not to look back when we do sell it. We just need the space to make some more memories as the girls are getting older.

Just for reference, i sold my 2003 sundowner for 18k two years ago. freash water boat, nicest boat i ever owened. i miss her. i guy from canada came down and snatched her up. I think the kid was more interested in hookers and booze than the boat. Boat probably got more tail than i have ever seen.
When i owned it i always got comments on how nice it was. the downfall was the wife finnaly wanted a fushable toilet and bathroom. mine was freash water no bottom paint and like 300 hours. 5.7 volvo 5.0. duo prop.
dont let her go. if you do make sure its right. good boat.

Just to mention. It is not even close to a sun baked stingray at all. not even comparable. I sold mine too quick. hold on to your price. its well worth it. i had bought another northerner forwinns and thought i had to get it sold. take your time it sounds like a good price. still miss her.
