I have a Side Shift never used that I would like to sell.
http://www.sideshift.com Here is my problem and why I am selling it. This thruster mounts on the bow out side, not inside like most thrusters. For most of you lake boater this is not a problem. But for a saltwater boater, it can be. The dealer were I bought the boat, Yacht Club members with experience, and the Marina next door have all said the same thing. That I will need to reinforce the bow to at least twice its thickness.
Case in point, going to Providencetown or Martha's Vineyard it is not uncommon to hit 2 to 3 foot waves that would rip that thuster right off the bow. Once we hit 4 footers, not good.
I paid $3,495.00 I will sell it for $1,600.00 plus shipping. I had it almost mounted and droped a bolt in the water. Its just missing a few mounting hardware that can be ordered though Sideshift. It must wight about 45lbs.
P.M. if interested.
Thanks
