5.7 Volvo Penta with only 170 hrs, vacu-flush head, heat/ac, 5k watt generator, alchohol/electric stove, microwave, fridge, windlass, bottom paint, fresh water only, all jackets, lines, hoses, electric cable, camper canvas, bimini's, all weather cover, cockpit cover…. truly a turn key operation.

Has the most meticulous service records you've ever seen with the manual for every component on the boat. All receipts in a binder/sheet protectors. Runs fantastic, professionally maintained. Includes Four Winns dual axle trailer (just replaced all bearings and races).

Includes 2014 season slip at Geneva State Park Marina, Lake Erie.

PHEW!! That's a good return.

Good luck with the sale! You definitely got a great deal when you bought the boat and it is very loaded. Do you have pics that you can post links to here? Is the engine the GXi? I know a couple of people that are thinking about getting into that size of boat.

Unusual circumstance led me to buying it, basically was too good of a deal to pass up. 3 hours to the slip, the only local place is Alum Creek and it's kind of a small lake and you have to enter a lottery to get a slip. Not getting nearly the use out of the boat for the cost of ownership. I love it when I'm there, but can't get there enough.

I did quite a bit of price checking on line, for the low hours, condition and features I thought it was a good selling price.

It is the GXi. I can email pics, never posted pics on here. It really looks nice, I spend a lot of time cleaning and waxing. The upholstery truly looks like it's a new boat. Let me know if you want some pictures. Finders fee if you can get me a buyer!

Good luck with the sale. I listed by '04 268 for about the same price, settled quite a bit less than that, but sold it for more than I bought her for. Very nice boats.

I'm hoping the condition, amenities and low hours will get me close. Can you offer any suggestions on marketing venues? I did put an ad in Boattrader.

Craigslist can be good for attracting local interest. Try putting up flyers at your marina, also if your marina has a Facebook page, post it there too.

I didn't think I'd have much luck with CL for a asking price >100k but it did generate some occasional inquiries. Ultimately I had a buyer call me last week and pretty much buy my 338 sight unseen via CL. Fortunately I had a clause with my broker allowing a private sale. I just saved a pile of $$ in comission fees. G/l!

Nothing so far from Craigslist. Several inquiries from boat trader, two seem serious. Have to go up Sunday and replace the AC water pump, one of the parties is supposed to meet me Monday. I haven't had any negative comments about the price, missed Ric's deleted comment though...

May drop the advertised price 2k if things don't work out Monday.
