It's been a great adventure, and the help I've had from the members of this forum has been fantastic. It's time to let another family enjoy our Vista. For the next week she will be in Oakville, ON and then in Wilson, NY for the winter in indoor storage.
Beautiful freshwater Four Winns cruiser that has been extensively upgraded over the past 5 years. Powered by twin Volvo 5.7 GSi engines w/600 hours connected to duo prop outdrives with stainless props, it quickly gets on plane and cruises at 32mph, with a top speed around 45mph.
This is the perfect boat for a family with young children, with more sleeping space and storage than any other boat of this size. It is the only 3 bed Vista in existence that can sleep up to 7 people! When the kids get tired of sleeping in the same bed or want to bring friends, there is proper sleeping quarters for all.
The dinette was carefully removed and replaced with a custom made unit that includes deep lower cupboards that provide ample hidden storage, 5’ of extra kitchen counter space with an eat up bar, and a custom upholstered twin bed with additional storage below. It’s the way the 328 Vista should have come from the factory! We’ve kept the original components if you prefer the dinette configuration.
Equipped for spending the night at anchor, the 240Ah house battery bank will power the boat for 30+ hours without needing to start the 4kW generator. The battery monitor will let you know exactly how many amps you are consuming and when you need to recharge the house batteries.
This boat hasn’t sat at the dock, it has been used at every opportunity and well-loved – this means everything works and anything that was going to break has been replaced.
