These are great for anyone who slips a boat. Used mine all 5 summers we had our cruiser and I was amazed at how nice of a job they did. Especially at night when it was windy. No jarring to wake you up at all. Mine would take up to a 5/8" line, but we used 1/2". Sold these right after we sold our cruiser. Good luck.
