Howdy y'all,

I leased the slip next to my boat and I am decking in half of it. In the other half, I'd like to mount a 3 seater PWC dry doc for the Jet Ski.

I prefer Hydrohoist like the one pictured, but will definitely consider other brands.

I'd like to find a used one close to Dallas, TX if possible.

Thanks!
Craig C.

As always...check craigslist. Have you asked your marina if they have any available?

I'm on Grapevine.

Thanks for the links. Those are a bit pricey for used units. New Hydroports thorough the local dealer are only $850.

I'm really looking to spend a max of $500.00. If I can't get one for that or less, I'll just park the Jetski in the water (under the slip cover) on the weekends and pull it out during the week. I only live 5 minutes from the lake.

I am trying go the lazy route by getting a dry dock. Laziness is only worth $500.00 to me. :-)

Wouldn't hurt to make offer. They might not know that they listed theirs for the price of a new one.

Did you buy your boat from an older couple at Pier 121? I remember an older couple selling a 328 a few years back. I looked at it. They were on the 900 block.

No. I bought it from a friend at Cottonwood. He bought it from someone who kept it at Texoma and Grapevine.

Good luck with your search. I went through a similar search in the Houston area last spring and never could find anything in that price range. The few that I even found listed were asking near retail. No thanks. My ski remains garaged on the trailer and hangs out at the marina on (warm) weekends.
