Man, I hate doing this but given the recent addition to the family about a year ago, and how much we were able to use it, it's time to let her go.

Here is a link to the http://www.boats.com listing. Let me know if you have any questions. I am going to miss the boat and more than that, miss the boating community.

You are correct. Times have changed in the pocket cruiser arena. Still a desirable boat, but it's more of finding the exact right person who wants that size trailerable cruiser, and pricing it for todays' market if you want to sell it quick.

Was it a fresh water boat with air/heat, Chartplotter?

And there in lies the difference. My boat has never sniffed saltwater.

Prices are all over the place on these, I got a great deal on mine but it sat at a dealer for over two years. Which is a shame because the first time I looked at it you would have thought it was a new boat, two years in a dealer lot was a little tough on it but it cleaned up great and for what I do its the perfect boat.

I had 2 foot-itis recently and lost it pretty quick after some trade in quotes, small cruisers are a hard sell around here these days. Bowriders with a head and deck boats are whats moving and dealers are doing whatever they can to get some used ones in.

Yours doesnt seem that out of line price-wise compared to whats out there, just have to wait until the right buyer comes along..

I hear you....freshwater vessels are more rare and sought after. If I hadn't just picked up mine, yours would be on my radar. 24 foot is the perfect size for 2 people. I have an 21 y/o (out of the house) and an 18 y/o (getting ready to leave the house).

I just sent your ad to a buddy of mine who is in the market.

Hey friends. In an effort to sell our boat, we have reduced the price on our boat to $29,000. If anyone is interested and or knows of anyone who is, I would be greatly appreciate you referring them my way. When you are forking out $800/month for daycare, it has a tendency to hit the boating budget.

I hear you on the daycare. We are forking out about $1200/month and again are looking at selling the boat to help with that.

Nope. Being 2 hours from a body of water that can comfortably accommodate this type boat, has put a damper on the buyer prospects.
