Looking for a TV mount for our arch that will allow for easy on/off mounting so we can store the TV while underway or not at the boat. Also, looking for two(2) short table legs that generally come stock on the vista cruisers. Let me know if anyone has these items and wants to sell. Thanks

Could you cut this in half?

As I recall the legs are made by Garelick. You might be able to contact the company directly and ask. I seem to recall the ends have a slight amount of taper to them. This to let them get a snug fit into the sockets. I don't think you can just cut a regular leg in half as you won't get the taper. But I may be wrong, I'll have to remember to look at the end of our table legs to be sure.

I went with a TV mount that uses a 'cleat'. I can't recall the brand name at the moment, I'll have to dig around. I got two of the kits. I mounted a cleat on the radar arch and then another one down below in the forward berth. I then used just one of the 'arms' on the back the TV (leaving an extra mounting arm that gets no use). Now I can move the TV between the two locations. I have not yet run wiring to the arch for it, most of the time I just playback video straight from an iPod (using their horrendously overpriced cables). For power I just plug it into the nearby accessory outlet.

Our boat had the tv wiring pre-run into the arch, but no tv or mount. I ordered the four wins stock tv mount from the local dealer, for easy on and easy off like you describe kearny! But...I plan on doing mostly the same with the iPod and cables. In fact used my best buy reward zone point today and got a free set of extra cables. My other set is installed into the salon tv (not easy to remove them). So...going to install everything this weekend.
