I have 2 short legs that should fit your 298. These legs were from my 318 Vista. I will be headed back down to the boat on 23 SEP, so if you would like them let me know. These go for $40 a piece, you can have both for $50 bucks. I purchased them new, and were never used, because we found the other ones buried in a closet.
