It's in decent shape, no rips, tears. The black is starting to wear off the bottom but people coat it with "plastidip" with good success. I don't use it since my boat lives outside and I don't want to water damage the deck or give bugs a big fancy new nest to have babies in.
I'll get pictures this weekend.
