I checked spam results from the server - no blocks on anything - I suspect he has it in his spam folder? The account is active. |

Hi Scott, I managed to start a new account with a different email address. I sent multiple emails to you using three different email addresses and never heard back. I still cannot log into my jefflw account and am not recieving any reset password emails to the hotmail address associated with it. Is there any way you can change the email address on the account? |
