Hi Bill & welcome

M3eater was good enough to post a photo tutorial here. Follow his instructions to copy a link to your photo with the text for your signature. Per forum rules, be sure to limit your signature images size to max of 300 pixels wide or a max of 250 pixels high. Whatever photo hosting service you use (many of us use Photobucket) will give you the ability to resize your pictures.
