wrong... you are so wrong... look at my gel.. its mirror now.. yea i have about 10hrs of buffing into it but it was milk oxidation and dull looked like raw sheet rock but now its mint possibly shinier than show room.. unless the guy for example washed with bleach and never rinsed then you can always restore GEL.. no its not a 5 min project but it can be done.. look at my restore thread.. it can be done..
the pics look fine.. it needs a good cleaning and I'm sure that there is some OXY and it has not been waxed in a while both of which can be resolved.. also im sure if you had bought it a year ago in showroom specs that you would have kept it covered as 90% of us do.

to me it looked very good, hell even that glastron next to it would come back to a great shine
