When shopping on line for new and current electronics I notice there are no sites that offer big discounts. Prices online seem to be very close to the local suppliers.
Not sure what country you are in, however, watch for boat show rebates. I bought my plotter last winter and got the Toronto Boat Show Manufacturer's Rebate. I didn't attend the show, but I purchased it during the week of the show and requested the rebate. When I was at the Miami boat show shortly after I looked at the rebates offered, and they were the same as what I got.
