Received this as part of the interior package. Black (like my harmony black interior), tubular - about 8 inches in diameter and 30-36 inches long. Both ends have flaps and tie offs. There is a smooth foam surround - but no stuffing? If it is a pillow, what do I stuff it with?

I think it's a "bolster" pillow or something - but I really have no clue?

Question of the day -- what is this?

Could it be a bag for your isinglass? We had two bags made for ours when we had a cruiser. Roll them up on the morning with towels in-between and easy storage.

I say its a pillow, the 5 star hotels always have some type of round pillow infront of all the other pillows, but I really don't know.

Hey Cougar;
My little black bag thingy held the sheet set for the bow birth. Now it is just stowed under it. Couldn't figure out anything else to do with it.

Looks like the perfect thing to store this :wink:
I have one of those "pillows" in my new 288. I thought it was a head rest for watching TV .

It had the sheets in it originally -- but I cannot imagine that this is the intended purpose for this thing!

It's built way too nicely to be a sheet bag.

Keep the ideas coming.

It is, in fact, a decorative "pillow" that's not really a pillow. It's designed as an added touch to the bedding when you're in "show" mode.
But, of course, you'll have a custom embroidered "All Night Long" pillow to go there!

We happen to have just looked at a 318 at a dealer today and there was the "pillow". The salesman said that it contained the sheets for the forward berth. I hope this will help you on your quest to discover what the "pillow" is for.

Reminds me of last season when I was getting ready to take delivery of our 358, I had the dealer going crazy looking for the sheets because we couldn't find them anywhere. He even called the factory only to find out they were there all the time, tucked away in the little pillow. We used the sheets once and then washed them. Of course they shrank and we never could use them again which was fine because they were terribly rough. We use our old Sea Ray custom made sheets that we kept when we traded her in. They are far more comfortable.

The FW sheet's tags said "Dryclean Only" Odd for such a common household item. They meant it too since they shrunk in the wash.
