Hi All,

I am looking to source propeller nuts for a FW Vista 378. I am running on two Volvo Penta TAMD63 PA Engines 37O hp. I have tried all over to get part numbers for these but no joy. To get them manufactured is ridiculously expensive.

Any suggestions on the best way to source these? Would they be a Volvo part or a spurious part?

Thanks,

Pete

Find your drive here: http://www.marinepartseurope.com/en/vol ... sions.aspx and then look up the part number for your prop nut. Google search that part number to find your replacement. I would help, but you have not told us what drives you have.

With those engines (diesel), he is going to be inboard drive.

fourwinns.net does not show the props or the nuts .... just the shafts.

Ask the factory. boating@fourwinns.com

Be sure to include you Hull number when asking questions. This way they can look up what the factory knew about it when it was built. Things may have changed in the meanwhile, but that'll at least give them a starting point.

That or find a local propeller shop and ask them for help. I'd imagine local marine yard shops would have spare prop nuts around too.
