My Four Winns Boat cover has started leaking. I have examined and find no tears or holes. Is there some spray on water repellant that I need to apply to the cover?

Thanks

Mine started doing the same this year. I pressure washed inside and out, then applied 1 coat to the inside, and 2 coats outside of some spray-on water-proofer from Walmart (orange cap). It takes about two cans per coat, but I'm happy with the results. Also did the cock-pit/bow cover, and haven't had a drop in the boat since.
