The Problem is the Bank says it's only worth $8500!! Which Makes me think it is a bit overpriced!!

Bank goes by NADA. If everyone listened to them, you could pick up a 1995 Searay 185 Sport with a 4.3 for $1500

Sounds a tad high, but it may be worth it with an upgraded engine. Not sure what the boat ramp respect issue is all about and Bayliner makes a nice boat - basically a sea ray without some of the bling. Not to be the bearer of bad news, but with the 60 to 80k wakeboard boats out there, you are not getting respect pulling up with a 4W, Bayliner, Sea Ray, Crownline or Monterey.

Solution - pick out a boat you like that suits your needs and budget.
