How to keep track of wires? pictures and tape/marker!
Image

Some progress
Image

Some more progress (panel is held on by 2 sided tape). Now it's a piece of cake to change all the blade terminals to ring terminals.
Image

5 blades later, got this much done. CF is a blade killer. It's real carbon fiber veneer with gloss uv coating and 3m adhesive backing

I'll finish things tomorrow!

Okay that's enough for tonight. God I love that 3d effect. Makes it all worth it.

I got plenty of spare. Used maybe a 1/3d out of a 24x24in sheet. I'm going to finally finish my new radio holder out of aluminum and cover it with the CF to match.

Any vinyl guys out there that can make a tiny four winns flag logo to put on my new overlay? I ordered the new contura switch covers that have the logos on the switch, instead of printed on the panel as before.

I was going to do the matte finish carbon fiber but it doesn't give the 3D holographic effect that gloss carbon does.

New steering wheel I see, where did you get it and is it difficult to remove the old one and install the new? My leather is falling off.

Im at the river bar. 3.0 is really underpowered for this but it's ok. I got the steering wheel off jegs and the four winns sticker from the dealer. Took minutes

The new dash looks RIDICULOUSLY sharp! Nice work! Got me itching to nix the faux wood in favor of carbon fiber.

What mount would I use? I'm 6'2 and I have no idea how anyone shorter could drive this boat with these stupid lounge seats. I have to stand up in the center on the ski locker to drive, sitting in the seat gives you a blind spot at least 150ft in front of the boat. My GF can't even drive the boat sitting, she's 5'5 and cant see over the dash.

Ric, Seats aren't made to sit in. I can just see you guys with your tinted glasses, vans shoes, tatoos all over, sitting in the seat trying to drive. They're just there to stand in front of. Seats weren't even common in boats. Seats are only there for people who can't drive a boat precisely.
