Hello I have a query how to empty the holding tank on a 2007 Vista 278, when i open the discharge valve, shall i close the water intake seacock of the toilet when pressing the pump switch? or shall i leave it open the water inlet seacock?

If it's a manually operated Jabsco type there is no need to close the water inlet seacock. Make sure you always have the outlet seacock open before you press the switch or you can easily blow the fuse, I've done it on many occasions! If it's any other kind of toilet "pass"
