Interesting, but I am not a fan of large windows, just below the joint between the upper and lower hulls, there is not much material there and unless they really reinforced it, there could be flexing and leaking around both the windows and the rub rail itself. The area from the edge of the lower hull down should be solid and any windows should be on the smaller side, with the opening reinforced to take the natural flexing loads between the two 'halves' of the boat.
